An appointment record is a well-detailed document that contains important information about a patient’s health and medical history.
Appointment records may contain the following:
- SOAP
- Prescriptions
- Test Result
- Appointment Invoice
To navigate to appointment records, On the Dashboard page:
- Click on “Calendar”
- You will see a dropdown, Click on “Appointments”.
- Click on the menu icon under the “Action”.
- From the drop-down, click on “View Details”.
- Click on “Appointment Record”.
- You will be redirected to the “Appointment Record page”.
