Continue Encounter

A continued encounter is a follow-up appointment or visit for an ongoing treatment or monitoring of a patient. This is necessary for ensuring the well-being and health of an animal. To navigate to the continue encounter page, follow these steps.

  1. On the dashboard page, Click on “Calendar”.
  2. You will see a dropdown, Click on “Appointments
  3. Click on the menu icon under the “Action”.
  4. Click on “View Details”.
  1. You will be redirected to the appointment details page.
  2. Click on the “Continue Encounter” button.
  1. You will be redirected to the continue encounter page/soap form.
  1. Fill in the details.
  2. Click the “Next” button.
  3.  Click on the “Submit the Soap” button.

NOTE: 

  • It is important to fill in the details of the Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan.
  • You can add an initial complaint by clicking on the “+ Add” link.
