Availability

Checking staff availability is crucial to ensure the client is satisfied. Also, as a staff, you can block or cancel the date you are not going to be available. To check staff availability. Follow the following steps.

  1. On the dashboard, Click on “Calendar”.
  2. Click on “Availability” from the dropdown.
  3. Click on the arrow icon under “Action”.
  1. You will be redirected to the availability page.

You will be able to see the day and time you will be available when you have set your working hours.

 To block or cancel any day you will be unavailable. Follow the following steps.

  1. On the dashboard, Click on “Calendar”.
  2. Click on “Availability” from the dropdown.
  3. On the availability page, click on “Block Date”.
  1. You will be redirected to the block date page.
  2. Set “Day”, “Start Time”, and “End Time”.
  3. State the reason for your unavailability.
  4. Click on the “Block Button”.
