Payroll

Payroll is the compensation a business or company must pay its employees for a job done on a given day or specific period. You can read more here. To navigate to the payroll page, Follow these steps.

  1. On the dashboard, click on “Users”.
  2. From the drop-down, click on “Payroll”.
  3. You will be redirected to the “Payroll page”.

The Payroll pages consist of

Payroll List: It contains all the information on employee’s salaries and other benefits. It includes employee details such as employee names, employee IDs, roles, departments, working hours, and so on. You can view and edit each employee’s information by following these steps.

To view employee payroll list details, follow these steps.

  1. Click on the “Menu Icon” on the payroll page.
  1. Click on “Details”, if you want to view the details of each payroll list.
  1. You will be redirected to the payroll detail list page.

To edit employee payroll list details, follow these steps.

  1. Click on the “Menu Icon” on the payroll page.
  1. Click on “Edit”, if you want to edit the details of the payroll list.
  1. You will be redirected to the edit page.
  1. After editing, click on the “Update Payroll” button.

NOTE: 

  • You can search and filter for employees by using the search and filter boxes.
