Adding Payslip

You can “Add Pay slip”. Follow these steps to add a Pay slip.

  1. On the dashboard, click on “Users”.
  2. From the drop-down, click on “Payroll”.
  3. You will be redirected to the “Payroll page”.
  4. Click the “Menu Icon”
  1. Click on “Details”.
  1. You will be redirected to the “Add Slip page”
  2. Click on the “Add Payslip” button.
  1. A modal box will pop up.
  1. Set the “Payment Date”
  2. Click on the “Add Pay slip” button.

Pay slip History:  is a record of all the payslips you have received from your employer during the period of your employment. It includes the record of tax, pension, transport, meals, rent, and any compensation provided to the employee. Below is an example of a Payslip History of staff.

To view the payment history for each staff, follow these steps:

  1. On the dashboard, click on “Users”.
  2. From the drop-down, click on “Payroll”.
  3. You will be redirected to the “Payroll page”.
  4. Click on “Payment History”.
  5. Click on the “Arrow Icon” under “Action”.
  1. You will be redirected to the Pay slip history of the staff you clicked.

This is the Pay slip history of this staff, showing all the details of the compensation being paid to him by his employer. 

To print your “Pay slip”.

  1. Click on the “Print Pay Slip” button.
  1. You will be redirected to the “Print page”.
  1. You can edit the print setting to your preferred way.
  2. Click on the “Print” button.

Leave management: Leave management is the process of tracking and managing employee time off, such as vacation days, sick leave, and other types of leave. 

The leave management page includes the employee’s name, ID, leave type, action, and details.

NOTE:

  • You can check the “Status” of your “Leave” if it is approved, declined, or canceled.
  • You can also view the details of your leave by clicking on the “Arrow” icon under “Details”.

Leave Reports: A leave report is a document that provides detailed information about an employee’s time off from work, such as the employee’s name, employee ID dates, leave duration, leave title, status, and so on.

The status lets you know if your leave is “Approved” or “Declined”. The “Arrow” icon redirects you to view the details of your leave.
