Account Receivable

Accounts receivable (AR) is the balance of money that customers owe a company for goods or services that have been delivered or used but not yet paid by customers. AR is an asset account that is created when a company allows a buyer to purchase goods or services on credit.

To navigate to the Account Receivable page, follow these steps.

  1. On the dashboard, click on “Report”.
  2. From the drop-down, click on “Account Receivable”.

The account receivable consists of the client, client ID, credit amount, amount, action, summary, etc.

NOTE: 

  • To view the details of the account receivable, click on the “Arrow” icon under Action, you will b redirected to the “Receivables” page.
  • You can search and filter by using the search and filter input field.
