Clinical Item Settings

Clinical items are tools used for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients. This includes surgical instruments, stethoscopes, x-ray machines, and ultrasound scanners. To navigate to the clinical items setting, follow these steps.

  1. On the dashboard, click on the “Setting” icon.
  1. You will be redirected to the “Practice Setting” page.
  2. Click on “Go to Clinical Items Settings”.
  1. You will be redirected to the clinical items setting page.

On the clinical items setting page, you can see the “Assessment Diagnosis”, “Initial Complaint”, and “Vital Findings”.

Assessment Diagnosis:  You can know the health status of a patient through laboratory tests or physical examinations. This information is used to identify medical conditions affecting a patient.

To add the assessment diagnosis, follow these steps.

  • Type the diagnosis in the “Diagnosis” input field.
  • Click on the “Add” button.

Initial Complaint: To add the initial complaint for a patient, follow these steps.

  • Type the complaint in the “Initial Complaints” input field.
  • Click on the “Add” button.

Vital Findings: Vital findings are the observation of a patient vital signs such as heart rate, temperature, hydration, and pulse. To add the vital findings for a patient, follow these steps.

  • Fill in the details of the vital findings.
  • Click on the “Add” button.
