Clinical items are tools used for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients. This includes surgical instruments, stethoscopes, x-ray machines, and ultrasound scanners. To navigate to the clinical items setting, follow these steps.
- On the dashboard, click on the “Setting” icon.
- You will be redirected to the “Practice Setting” page.
- Click on “Go to Clinical Items Settings”.
- You will be redirected to the clinical items setting page.
On the clinical items setting page, you can see the “Assessment Diagnosis”, “Initial Complaint”, and “Vital Findings”.
Assessment Diagnosis: You can know the health status of a patient through laboratory tests or physical examinations. This information is used to identify medical conditions affecting a patient.
To add the assessment diagnosis, follow these steps.
- Type the diagnosis in the “Diagnosis” input field.
- Click on the “Add” button.
Initial Complaint: To add the initial complaint for a patient, follow these steps.
- Type the complaint in the “Initial Complaints” input field.
- Click on the “Add” button.
Vital Findings: Vital findings are the observation of a patient vital signs such as heart rate, temperature, hydration, and pulse. To add the vital findings for a patient, follow these steps.
- Fill in the details of the vital findings.
- Click on the “Add” button.
